Directions for use:

Adults: 

Take 1 tablet daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Not suitable for children under two years of age without medical advice.

Extra C contains Vitamin B3, Hesperidin and Cysteine Hydrochloride which act to enhance the effectiveness of Vitamin C.

Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate.
